Sognos named finalist in two categories at the 2026 techpartner.news Impact Awards

Sognos Solutions is proud to announce that we have been named a finalist in two categories at the 2026 techpartner.news Impact Awards.

Sognos has been recognised as a finalist for Employee Experience Partner of the Year, and Miloni Mehta, Practice Lead at Sognos, has been named a finalist for Emerging Leader of the Year.

This recognition is especially meaningful as Sognos marks 10 years of helping organisations simplify complex service delivery through Microsoft-native technology. Over the past decade, Sognos has grown from its field service roots into a trusted partner for health, social care, community services, and complex workforce environments.

The techpartner.news Impact Awards recognise organisations and individuals across the technology sector who are delivering meaningful outcomes for customers, partners, teams and the broader industry. For Sognos, being recognised in two categories is a proud moment and a reflection of the work our people do every day to deliver practical, human-centred technology outcomes.

Recognised for employee experience impact

The recognition as an Employee Experience Partner of the Year finalist reflects Sognos’ commitment to helping organisations improve how their people work.

The submission highlighted Sognos’ work with Flourish Australia, one of Australia’s leading community mental health providers, and the role of technology in supporting a more connected and consistent employee experience across complex service delivery environments.

Across health, social care, community services, and field service environments, frontline teams often manage complex work through disconnected systems, manual processes, and growing administrative pressure. Sognos works with organisations to simplify that experience by designing Microsoft-native solutions that support real workflows, improve visibility and reduce unnecessary friction for staff.

Through solutions such as SognosCare, SognosRoster and SognosGenogram, we help organisations connect service delivery, workforce coordination, client information, relationship mapping and reporting in ways that better reflect how teams actually work.

This recognition speaks to the impact technology can have when it is designed around people, not just process. Better employee experience is not only about making systems easier to use. It is about giving teams more clarity, better access to information and more confidence in the tools they rely on every day.

For Sognos, that has been central to our work for the past decade. We build solutions that help teams spend less time navigating complexity and more time focused on the work that matters.

Celebrating Miloni Mehta as the Emerging Leader of the Year finalist

Miloni Mehta

We are also incredibly proud to see Miloni Mehta recognised as a finalist for Emerging Leader of the Year.

Miloni is a Practice Lead at Sognos, where she leads consulting, delivery, support, product development and capability building across teams in Australia and India. Over the past eight years, she has grown from consultant to practice leader, becoming a trusted customer-facing lead known for her calm approach, deep product knowledge and ability to turn complex operational needs into practical solutions.

Her work spans major programs across health, care, field service and complex service delivery environments. She supports a multidisciplinary team of more than 30 people and contributes to Sognos’ healthcare-focused IP and AI agent development, including the continued evolution of solutions that support frontline teams and improve service delivery.

Miloni was also recently named a finalist in the ARN Women in ICT Awards 2026 Rising Star category and recently spoke at the Digital Health Festival, reflecting her growing profile across the Microsoft and digital health community.

Her recognition as an Emerging Leader finalist is a testament to her leadership, professionalism and the trust she builds with customers and colleagues.

A proud moment for the whole Sognos team

Sognos Team

These finalist announcements are a meaningful recognition of the people behind Sognos.

As we celebrate 10 years of Sognos, this recognition feels particularly significant. It reflects not only where we are today, but the decade of delivery experience, customer partnerships and team capability that have shaped who we are.

Our work is grounded in a simple belief: technology should make complex work easier, not harder. Whether we are supporting frontline care teams, improving service visibility, helping organisations modernise legacy systems, strengthening workforce scheduling or building new AI-enabled capability, our focus is always on practical outcomes and long-term value.

Being recognised across both an organisational award and an individual leadership category is especially significant. It reflects the strength of our team, the quality of our delivery practice and the growing impact of our solutions across the sectors we serve.

Congratulations to Miloni and to everyone at Sognos who has contributed to this achievement.

We are proud to be finalists and grateful to our customers, partners and team members who continue to be part of the Sognos journey.
