The Challenge

Healthcare organisations are moving quickly to understand where AI can genuinely reduce administrative pressure and support better ways of working. The challenge comes when organisations move beyond experimentation and begin introducing AI across large workforces, multiple services and complex operating environments.

Scaling AI safely takes more than deploying the technology.

  • Keep people, care and professional judgement at the centre as AI becomes part of everyday work.
  • Move from pilot programs into practical workflows that reduce administration and support teams at scale.
  • Build governance, workforce confidence and accountability that can grow alongside AI adoption.

Hear directly from John McGhie about the lessons emerging from AI adoption across the NHS and consider what those experiences could mean for healthcare organisations across APAC.
